Welcome to Ann Davis Design
I'm an artist, maker and lifelong creative who believes the most meaningful things in life are made by hand. Every piece I create, whether it's handcrafted jewelry, crochet, or watercolor art, is designed with intention and the hope that it brings beauty, comfort, and joy into someone's everyday life.
Some of my greatest inspiration comes from the two orange tabby cats who share my home, Oliver and Nala. Their curious personalities, quiet companionship, and playful moments often find their way into my artwork and designs. If you discover a cat-inspired collection, there is a good chance they've had a paw in the creative process.
My love of creating began in childhood. I learned to crochet from my grandmother, and every stitch reminds me that handmade traditions are worth preserving. In a world that moves so quickly, I find comfort in slowing down, working with my hands, and carrying forward the skills and craftsmanship that have been lovingly passed from one generation to the next.
That same philosophy guides everything I create. My aesthetic leans toward timeless refinement rather than passing trends. I'm drawn to thoughtful details, classic elegance, natural textures, and designs that feel just as beautiful years from now as t hey do today. Whether I'm selecting beads for a necklace, choosing colors for a watercolor painting, or finishing the final stitches of a crochet piece, I want each creation to reflect quality, care, and enduring beauty.
Ann Davis Designs is more that a shop - it's a creative studio where artistry, tradition, and imagination come together. My collections are inspired by nature, beloved animals, handcrafted heritage, and the quiet beauty found in everyday moments. My hope is that each piece becomes more than something you own; I hope it becomes something you treasure.
Thank you for supporting handmade artists and small businesses. Your support allows traditional craftsmanship to continue and encourages artists like me to keep creating. I'm honored you've chosen to visit my little corner of the world, and I hope you find something here that speaks to your heart.
With gratitude,
M. Ann Davis
